Recognise a need
You come across a business that could benefit from something Repautomate offers.
Know a business that could benefit from our services? Introduce us with their permission, and earn commission if your referral becomes a paying client. We handle everything from there.
This is a referral arrangement, not a sales job. You don’t need to arrange meetings, follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, negotiate or deliver any technical work.
You come across a business that could benefit from something Repautomate offers.
Ask if they’d like to be introduced to us. If they agree, connect us and we’ll confirm whether it’s an eligible referral.
We handle the conversation, proposal and delivery. You receive commission if the accepted referral results in a qualifying paid sale.
If you work closely with business owners, managers or the people running a business day to day, you may already hear about problems that Repautomate could help solve.
Maybe their team spends too much time on repetitive admin. Maybe their systems don’t work well together, reports take forever to prepare, their website needs attention, or they’re unsure how to introduce AI safely into their business.
You might run an established business yourself, provide a service to other businesses, or simply have trusted working relationships with the right people. You don’t need to be a technology expert, you just need to recognise a potential need and be comfortable making an introduction.
You don’t need to know the solution. These are simply examples of needs worth introducing us for.
Manual data capture, repeated admin, paperwork, disconnected steps or follow-ups that take too much time. We build automation and practical business systems.
Information stuck in spreadsheets, reports that take hours to prepare, or teams struggling to track work. We develop dashboards, tracking and automated reports.
Businesses wanting to use AI effectively, train their teams or set sensible rules for safe, responsible use. We help with AI services, policies and governance.
A business needing a professional website, a customer portal or a purpose-built web application. We offer web development and custom online solutions.

When an approved referral becomes a paying customer, your commission depends on the type of first qualifying sale.
Of the first qualifying once-off sale. For example, a R10,000 qualifying sale earns R500 commission, assuming the full amount is commissionable.
Of each of the first three eligible monthly payments. For example, R1,000 per month earns R50 per month for three months: R150 in total.
Examples are illustrative. Commissions are based on eligible customer payments received, calculated excluding VAT and applicable exclusions under the Referral Programme Agreement. Referrals must be accepted by Repautomate, and full terms are supplied before you join.
No. You simply recognise an opportunity, ask whether the business wants an introduction, and connect us if they agree. We manage meetings, discussions, quotes, follow-ups and delivery.
No. You don’t need to know how to build a website, automate a process or write an AI policy. You only need to recognise when a business may need help and introduce them to us.
Yes. We welcome both individuals and businesses. What’s important is that you can make a genuine, permission-based introduction to someone with a relevant business need.
No. Commission applies only to the first qualifying sale resulting from your accepted referral. For recurring services, it’s limited to the first three eligible monthly payments. Later purchases, projects and renewals don’t generate additional commission.
Referrals are checked before acceptance. We’ll confirm whether an introduction is eligible, including whether the business is already in our sales pipeline. The Referral Programme Agreement explains the rules.
Once the relevant customer payment has cleared, we pay accrued commission within 30 calendar days after the end of that month, subject to the agreement and any required payment or tax documentation.
If this sounds like something you could do through the people and businesses you already work with, get in touch. We’ll share the Programme terms and explain how to register a referral.
