Welcome to Repautomate (Pty) Ltd (“Repautomate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://repautomate.co.za), tools, resources, and any related content or services made available directly through this site (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our website, submitting a form, or interacting with any of our public tools or content, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You may access and use our public website and tools for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Misuse, disrupt, or damage our services or systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any tools or code
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, trademarks, and code made available on our website remain the intellectual property of Repautomate or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our materials without written permission.
3. Client-Specific Projects
Custom automations, AI tools, dashboards, and systems developed by Repautomate are governed by individual service agreements or by the Web App & Automation Package Terms (see Section 4). Subscription-based automation packages are covered under those terms, while once-off or non-web-app developments follow their respective project agreements.
4. Web App & Automation Package Terms
Applies to clients subscribing to our hosted web app / automation services under our “Automation Packages” plans)
Definitions. In this section:

“Form” refers to a data entry interface (up to 50 data fields) built and maintained by us.

“Automation” or “Workflow” refers to a sequence of actions triggered by a form submission (e.g. email notification, database update).

“Dashboard” means a visual representation or reporting interface using stored data.

“Change Request” means edits to existing content, layout, or logic; does not include new forms, fields, modules, or structural additions.
Scope of Unlimited Changes / Fair Use.

Each subscription includes unlimited Change Requests within existing forms, dashboards, and automations, subject to fair use.

We reserve the right to limit excessive use (e.g. more than 3 revisions per form per month) or require an addendum.

Requests for new forms, new automations, or structural changes will be quoted separately and are not covered under “unlimited.”
Hosting, SSL & Domain.

Your subscription includes hosting, SSL certificates, backups, performance monitoring, and maintenance.

Domain registration, renewal, or transfer is billed separately.
Cancellation & Notice.

To cancel, you must provide thirty (30) days’ written notice via email or the support center.

After cancellation, partial months are non-refundable.

On termination, you will receive exportable copies of your data. We retain the framework and application code (our intellectual property).
Ownership & Licensing.

You retain full ownership of your data.

We retain ownership of the underlying web app framework, code libraries, and tools, which are licensed to you for your use under your subscription.
Performance, Security & Compliance.

We commit to optimize apps for fast load times (< 3 seconds), PWA installability, and offline capabilities (where applicable).

All data handling will comply with POPIA and best practices for encryption, backups, and user access.
Setup or Onboarding Fees.

Though our pricing is mostly flat, we may charge a one-time onboarding or migration fee in special cases (e.g. migrating large legacy systems).

Any such fee must be agreed and documented in a separate agreement or order.
Support & Issue Reporting.

Each deployed app will include a Help & Support Centre for users to submit technical issues or change requests.

Turnaround times and support SLAs will be as stated in your service agreement or our published policy.
5. Training Services
- Repautomate (Pty) Ltd offers short courses and long-course packages. These courses are not credit-bearing and do not lead to formal qualifications on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
- Delegates who successfully complete a course and meet the assessment requirements (where applicable) will receive a certificate of successful completion or attendance issued by Repautomate (Pty) Ltd.
- Courses may be delivered online or in person. Fees are the same for both methods.
- In-person training within Gauteng Province includes trainer travel costs. Training outside Gauteng may incur additional charges or require a minimum booking period.
- In-person sessions are subject to trainer availability and must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. Repautomate reserves the right to reschedule sessions in cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment terms: Training fees must be settled in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the scheduled training may incur up to 100% cancellation fees at Repautomate’s discretion. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Intellectual Property: All course materials remain the property of Repautomate (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
- Liability: While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality of training content, Repautomate (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or consequences arising from the application of knowledge gained in training.
6. AI Tools and Submissions
If you use any of our AI-powered tools (e.g. prompt assistants):

You retain rights to the content you submit

You grant us a limited right to process it for the purpose of generating the output

You acknowledge that results may rely on third-party APIs or external processing
No submitted content is used to train AI models. For more information, see our AI Use Policy
7. Limitation of Liability
Our public-facing tools and content are provided “as is.”
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in output

Any loss resulting from reliance on results produced by our tools
8. Privacy & Data Protection
By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may link to third-party services or include embedded tools. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our site, and continued use of the Services means you accept any changes.
